RH Staffing and Resources was founded by Raquel A. Harris and her father Richard A. Harris Sr. The two embarked on their professional journey in 2019 through networking byways of fellowship and ministry.

 

Raquel Harris is passionate about the direct care industry, and she has been working in the field since 2003. She started her journey in the field by helping take care of her niece, who was born with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since then, Raquel has developed her professional portfolio as she has fulfilled several employment opportunities working with both children and seniors in the direct care industry.

Pastor Richard A. Harris Sr., is the Lead Pastor of Firm Hope Baptist Church. He also is an active member of Community Health Partners. He specializes in job training and resource development. Within RH Staffing and Resources, Pastor Harris position is to oversee and provide home care services, employment opportunities, and family support for non-medical care.

Both Raquel and her father, Richard Harris, enjoys the field known as "people work".
